No Returns Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received the wrong item compared to your order confirmation.
Exchange Conditions
- To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 3–7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at Whitegoosewob@outlook.com
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item or a replacement of the damaged item.
